New ostrich hide now available!
Its been a while since I’ve wanted to add these and finally got around to finishing the catalogue. There’s still a ton to do on the site and I’m hoping to clean up and update a few things in the next few weeks.
I’ve been testing the ostrich and it’s currently only feasible for bifold exteriors or watch straps. We’ll see if I can get it to work on other items 😉

I’ve handled pigskin in the past but never found any that were suitable for small goods due to their thin weight and lack of structure. These boar hides however are tanned specifically for small goods and retains much of its temper from the vegtan process. It is extremely durable and showcases a unique follicle grain. For those looking for an everlasting leather option it’s hard to go past the wild boar.

I’ve been meaning to add this option for some time and they will be up on the site shortly.
The Japanese wallet is inspired from its workwear roots and was classically worn with a lanyard or chain. They were commonly made with thick leathers so a dedicated swivel attachment is used to connect the lanyard. This version of the wallet is a much slimmer take on the classic and uses an eyelet with synthetic reinforcement to keep it looking minimal when the chain is not attached.
The chain attachment is available in 2 options; solid brass or nickel plated brass.

My apologies for the long absent of post. Things have been really busy and I’ve had to take time off shooting pictures. There’s a few more weeks I need to spend on catching up but after that I’ve planned some time aside to fill in on updates. There will be new leathers in stock and a new workshop to show you guys 😉
Thank you for everyone for being patient on the orders. I never thought I could fall so far behind. It’s been a big year of learning and I’m grateful to be crafting for so many wonderful people.
If anyone wants to know where they are in the queue feel free to send me an email. There’s a few late September orders that are heading off soon. I’ve structured the rest to make sure that everything arrives in time for Christmas.

It’s been a while since I’ve had the chance to sit and read. Or just spend half a day going down a rabbit hole researching on ideas. I really miss those times but there’s still work to catch up on. Honestly though I’m so grateful for everyone being patient on the orders. Its a little stressful being behind schedule but I could not have asked for a more generous clientele. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will work hard to get back up to speed 🙇

For a long time I relied on chevre as the only option for bright, vibrant colours and it’s a real treat to have more articles in the mix. These leathers also slightly differ in temper so the Epsom will be available to use on wallet designs.
New season of croc have also arrived. You’ll notice the Porosus (dark grey) has slightly different scales compared to Niloticus crocs 😉

This has been fairly popular recently and I wanted the options to be easier for browsing. The current options are Swift, Baranil, Novonappa and Chevre. While it is possible to use other leathers these are the more comfortable options second to Zermatt.

The final shipment of leathers have just arrived and I received a sample of lizard skin. I might add this on the menu for watch straps, no extra fee on this one 😉
A small update on the Everett coin. The lid is now slightly longer and will only tuck into the catch (cutout) when the pouch is filled up with coins. It was previously short enough to be tucked in when empty however the longer lid adds a tad more security when the pouch starts filling up. Since the lid naturally faces down it's not necessary to use the catch but it looks a little neater with this detail 😉
I've just received a bunch of new colours for Lagun, Swift and Epsom. There is one more shipment coming and I will update the swatch list once they're organised ✌️
